The customer service was great. They helped us find shoes for my husband and niece and exchange the first pair purchased for our niece without any questions asked.

Very friendly employees. They check in every once in awhile to see if you're finding what you need and don't hang over you. The store is well laid out and nice selection of shoes.

I have come here many times, and the staff are kind and very helpful. They have a great selection of men's shoes, and they often have great sales. Prices are good, and I plan on coming again.

Wholesale shoe store. Good prices and a huge selection. I think there is a shoe for everyone here. I compare it to Walmart prices but with name brand shoes. Inventory is constantly changing so it a must stop whenever you need a new pair of shoes.

I love this place. I always find great deals on name brand stuff! Found a leather pair of doc martens for under $100. The store is clean and organized. The employees are friendly and willing to help. Some brands I've noticed include vans, Adidas, crocs, chacos, birkenstocks, Nike, and more! They have both adult and kids sizing. They also sell some quality socks and accessories like handbags which are usually discounted.

Karen helped me pick out the most perfect pair of shoes!! I was so indecisive about two pairs and she went the extra mile and brought out pads to put in my heels to make them fit all snug! I really appreciated her company and friendliness. I’ll definitely be back to buy more shoes because of awesome people like Karen!!

AWESOME SELECTION and GREAT PRICES !!!! Great selection of low-priced shoes. This place is SO MUCH BETTER than any PayLess Shoes! They also have a great selection of higher-end shoes. If you need a cheap pair of sneakers of an expensive pair of dress shoes, this place has better prices than any other place in town. The only place that even comes close on price would be Big5 Sporting Goods when they are having a sale, but Shoe Dept. has low prices all the time, and a much better selection -- especially if you need dress shoes.

We went into Trade Home in the Idaho Falls mall just to browse. My husband needed some shoes. The store manager was super great with helping him find a pair of shoes and also some insoles. We ended up buying more shoes than we planned on because he was so helpful and caring about our personal needs. We weren't pressured, just helped. He had a good knowledge of the shoes sold in the store. We would love to return when we need to look for another pair of shoes. We hope he stays in Idaho Falls and continues to manage this store. No matter how many people came in while we were their he acknowledged them and was able to offer help to all of us.
